I had the bed up and running in no time and am sleeping wonderfully on it. I am so pleased that I took the time to seek you out rather than relying on what was locally available.
I had not accounted for the smell of the tatami, which is wonderful...

I can’t find a place on your website to do this and I never write testimonials, but I must try to convey to other potential customers my delight at the mattress I have just bought from you, and the service I received from Futon World.

The mattress arrived very swiftly, just a few days after ordering, despite my Highland Scotland address. Unpacking such a beautiful, hand-crafted and luxurious thing was an unexpected pleasure. I slept for the first time on my new mattress last night – blissfully warm and comfortable.

I’m not normally the world’s most enthusiastic shopper, but thank you so much for this superb retail experience! Your help in sorting out my queries by phone helped me make a decision I’m going to go on celebrating.
