Delivery Details

Home Delivery -

If you require delivery, then we offer FREE shipping throughout the UK mainland on weekdays. Unfortunately we cannot offer delivery to UK off-shore areas such as Northern Ireland or Scottish Isles. All of our deliveries are completed by a parcel carrier like DX Parcels or through our delivery specialist partners BJS Deliveries through their one or two person teams.

Delivery of larger item orders can be challenging but the key here is good communication, we are always happy to talk through your requirements or concerns so if you don’t find the information you need on this page please feel free to mail or call us.

The information below applies to UK mainland addresses only, if you are in a UK ‘off-shore’ address please contact us for a delivery cost quote.

All our items are delivered by one of the ways detailed below, on each product page it will inform you in the ‘Product Specification’ section which way is applied to the product you are purchasing.

  • DX Parcels – mainly used for futon mattress only purchases. We will contact you directly by mail or phone within 3 days of your order being placed to arrange a convenient week day (Monday to Friday) for delivery. You can choose which day but we cannot give a time window only to say it will be between 9 am and 5 pm. Delivery by parcel carrier like this is to your front door, onward movement inside is your responsibility.
  • BJS Deliveries – specialist partners for one and two man deliveries for larger items such as sofa beds, bed frame / futon mattress combinations and tatami mats. We will inform you when your order has been collected from us by the BJS team.
  • BJS will then contact you by text message and / or email to offer a delivery day, you can accept this or easily contact them if you have an alternative requirement. This contact is completed within 3 to 5 days of them collecting from us.
  • BJS deliver between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm, they will message / email you the evening before with a three hour time window.
  • You will receive a call 30 to 60 mins prior to their arrival with you.
  • Delivery is to the hallway of your home, onward movement within your home is your responsibility.

 

  • Our Own Van – can also be used for delivery depending on your location and any specific requirements such as difficult access please feel free to call or mail us if you have any requirements that may need our attention.

With all types of delivery we would ask that you kindly ensure there is safe and easy access to your property to make the job of the delivery people easy on the day.

The Republic of Ireland, Europe & UK Offshore - 

Sorry - we have had to suspend delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland and The Channel Islands, for the time being, this is due to brexit.

 

Customer Collection - 

We can now offer you the choice to collect your purchase from our premises in Plymouth, Devon, located within the HQ Building on Union Street, postcode PL1 3HQ.

We will contact you when you place your order to advise you of when your purchase will be ready for collection and arrange a suitable day. If you wish to arrange this before placing your order or have any questions, please call us on 01752 662030

 Monday to Friday 10:00am to 4:00pm 

 Saturday 10:00am to 2:00pm

 Collections by appointment only, please. 

A large hatchback or estate car would be needed for most purchases.
