Description

Introducing Carob Brown - the new finish for the Ziggy Futon Bed. This darker finish complements the Ziggy's signature style, whilst not compromising any of the design features that make it as popular as it is. The softly curved edges and clean structure also suit this contemporary new frame colour, which is constructed in FSC certified pine timber (sustainably managed forests)

The Ziggy features a slatted sleeping platform for additional strength and good ventilation for either a futon or conventional mattress. You can also choose to add the optional compressed rice straw, tatami mats for an authentic oriental look and feel.

Our favourite features about the Ziggy are the semi-secret side shelves and bedside magazine storage. The slightly wider frame also has space for your phone, tablet or cup of tea.

The Ziggy bed can be purchased as a frame only, in either a 140 x 2o0cm European double bed size, or a 160 x 200cm European super king. You can then choose to add one of our futon mattress in a choice of fillings to suit your requirements.

Note: The mattress size needed for the Ziggy Bed is European size at 200 cm long, if you are buying a futon mattress from us it will be sized to fit, if using a different mattress type please ensure you get a 200 cm length. For FULL bed dimension information see the product specification below.

Delivery Information

The Ziggy Bed is available as a special order from Karup Design in Denmark with a delivery lead time of 4 weeks on a pre-arranged weekday. Please call us on 01752 662030 if you have any questions.

N.B. Please also note that the Carriers are only contracted to deliver to the front door of a premise. Onward delivery to a flat/apartment or any particular room in a house are the responsibility of the purchaser.
