Hello! I bought a 2'6" Acer chair in July and just want to say how impressed I was with your curteous and efficient service and with the chair itself, which is fab! My friend has been sleeping on it for the whole of the summer holiday and tells me it is extremely comfortable, plus, as the room is small, folding it into a chair during the day is a real boon. Hi - just wanted to let you know that the base has been safely delivered.
Only problem was that it arrived at 8.05 this morning! (Luckily I hadn't yet gone out to the farmers market.)
I said to the driver that it was supposed to be delivered after 10am and he pulled a sympathetic face - however when I got the parcel inside this instruction was writ large on the label!
Thought I'd let you know so that you can speak to your carrier. Not much point you giving them vital instructions if they are just going to ignore them.
Thanks very much for your help - I really appreciate dealing with a company that communicates as quickly and efficiently as you have.

My requested date of the 21st was agreed and the chair delivered to my home in Manchester on the 21st at 9.10am and put together in under 5 minutes. What an excellent service and service experience. I just wanted to say thank you for the mattress. It arrived about 10.00 a.m. on Saturday and I managed to get it up the stairs but it was rather like trying to get a dead body up there!
I've been away all weekend so I haven't had a chance to try it yet but it looks very comfortable.
