I just wanted to drop a quick note to say how impressed I am not only by the futon, but also your fantastic customer service. It is great to still be able to receive 'old fashioned' personalised customer service. You kept me up to date during the entire time from purchase until delivery. As for the futon, having just returned to the UK from living in Japan for 8 years, I have to say it's the best futon I've seen in this country in terms of matching the traditional Japanese futons!
