Delivery Details

All our products are subject to a delivery charge. The cost of delivery is shown on each product page and is then added to the shopping basket at the checkout stage.

Prices quoted for delivery are to a mainland UK address. We can offer delivery to Norther Ireland, Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands but these charges are subject to postcode and we would suggest that you call us to make the necessary arrangements and costs. We do not offer delivery outside of the UK.

Collection of your order

You are welcome to collect your purchase from our showroom in Plymouth if you wish to save delivery cost. If you wish to take advantage of this option please call us on 01752 226655 to make your order and check availability.

Delivery Dates / Times

Your purchase will travel to you using a parcel carrier, such as TNT or NightFreight. We will call you upon receipt of your order to arrange a suitable weekday for delivery. We can be flexible with delivery dates to suit your requirements but cannot provide a time of delivery on the day as this is subject to the parcel carriers workload on that day.

Please also note that the parcel carriers can only bring the goods to the front door of your address, they can not place them within your property. If you live in a flat the parcel carriers may only bring the goods to the entrance of the flats building.
